War Underground Mall

An entirely self-contained area on the west side of town, under the west shopping district. Calling it a mall is a bit of a misnomer, because there are more than just shops down there. Some people have their homes, work, and everything else down in the Ditch and never come up for sun. Not because they are monsters, mind you, but because that's how it is.
