An absolute juggernaut and beast of a man, Shlenetzki Fernandez is a Tehuelche and THE most seasoned and reliable commander/soldier in the entirety of the Grekar Army. As the right hand man of the Emperor, he holds the title of Supreme Commander of the SEFGA, he is one of the most feared people in the world, second only to Adam Borowski.

First starting as a professional boxer within Poland around 2081 (Yes, at 13 years old), he quickly became a star at the ring due to his intimidating stature and herculean strenght at such an age. He became World Heavyweight Champion in 2084 at the absurdly young age of 16, holding it until he decided to retire in 2093 after hearing about a work accident somewhere in Warsaw, deciding to instead advocate for worker's and human rights.
He then joined the Spec Ops of the Grand Republic of Grekar in 2096 as a corporate, quickly ascending to Captain and then promoted to Supreme Commander in 2100 after leading an army against France and managing to conquer the entirety of it in 2 months. He was involved in many special operations throughout all the world, eventually leading to him becoming the most reliable, respected and sheerly powerful commander in the entirety of Grekar. He would lead entire battalions during the Third World War through the North American deserts, across the thick Oceanian jungle and conquer the hostile Central American urban sprawls. He would then act as the main commander of the assault against Brasilia and then of Rosario in 2108, a key figure of morale during the surprise invasion by the URSSR later that year, and the leader of the charge during the last assault on Peking during the Mongol-Grekar War in 2119, resulting in a decisive victory that would end up in the domination of the world by the Grekar Empire.
After all the messes of Adam's reign - ending in 2147 - he tried submitting his retirement notice, as he had served the entire reign of an Emperor from start to finish with absolute loyalty and efficiency, yet was denied by the new Emperor. He would then be assigned as the primary resistance crusher by Kernalo Borowski (Adam's son and heir) during his colonizations of other planets, seeing way less conflict but still some during this period. He tried staying separate from political activities, as to avoid any controversy regarding his already very debatable position in the Grekar Army. He also began training Fagahani Shanala, an experienced and utterly ruthless yet loyal woman that would take his place hopefully before he died.
However, he was called back to Earth when the Emperor got suspicious of a new military organization called the C-T.P.M.O. began to amass some power. He acted as some sort of mentor towards the new generation of military commanders as every single one of his old friends/comrades were now dead - not even the guy he served for his entire career remained - and was perceived as a relic from an old era, the most experienced, respected and feared military man in the entire universe by a long shot as far as everyone knew. After all, he served as Supreme Commander of the SEFGA for longer than some of the other generals were even alive.
His skills were greatly needed, as soon the C-T.P.M.O. unleashed full-on MAYHEM in the entire Mediterranean Sea and assasinated Kernalo Borowski, leaving his 10-year-old daughter Iwimica Jawlian Borowski as the new Great Empress of the Empire. His willingness to remain out of politics helped in the stability of the brand new regime, as other generals were afraid to rise up against the fiercly loyal Supreme Commander. He, with permission of Iwimica, unleashed absolute hell upon the C-T.P.M.O. and all the insurrections/rebellions that had risen up during the state of crisis, leading to the siege of their last stronghold and the absolute annihilation of the rebel group. He finally retired with permission of the Provisionary Regent of the Empire Obari Banks Borowski (Adam's wife and Iwimica's grandmother) in April 2168, retiring to a medium-sized town in the Argentinian coast called Puerto Madryn, dedicating his time to donating his vast fortune he had amassed over the years to various charities and schools and writing his memoirs which he titled "The Imperial Right Arm - Life and times of Shlenetzki Fernandez" on where he described all of the important events he had lived through his life, leaving a final paragraph on his book;

Shelentzki Fernandez would die in the 19th of November of 2168 at the ripe old age of 100, having shaped an entire era with his own hands.

Shlenetzki during the Adam Reign was largely regarded as one of the strongest and bulkiest men alive, weighing at 130 kilograms at one point and being 1.97m tall. He was also regarded as an extremely able foot soldier, his mighty figure and strenght alongside his special Zosuntuk Battle Armor Mark (Not to be confused with Caliber) 0.3 being able to intimidate any and all sensible enemies into surrender. However, during Kernalo's reign, he was more of an old man that only has his mind to go with, but he still was a force to be reckoned with: his military strategization only had gotten better during his time, and by the time of Iwimica's reign he managed to become the first officialy-recognized "Grandmaster of War".
