Dalkit 422 D V

This ice world provides a place for evil to lurk and others tend to avoid due to the harsh environment. The numerous Elebrians and other evil aligned inhabitants and the mystery of the The Frozen Ones gives some a reason to visit and attempt to unravel those mysteries while it keeps the amateurs at bay.

Geography

Dal Hell is an ice planet, earning it's nickname not just for the hellish environment, but also for the creatures that seem drawn to populate this planet. A slightly higher than nominal gravity and extremely cold temperatures have frozen any water and most gases. Some of the ice has been mined and hauled away, which allowed would-be inhabitants to install airlocks at the surface and heat and light the ice passages of the planet.

Ecosystem

Although there are many evil entities residing on Dal Hell, the most prominent races that may be encountered are Kalo, Sarcesian, Dirindi, and, of course, Elebrian. Being an ice world, it becomes much easier to store bodies for "recycling" until a suitable transport arrives. Magic and technology, other than that needed to survive in the harsh but controlled environment, is rather limited. However, since many are evil aligned, they treat each other with professional respect and the world is considered to be a lawful one -- as long as one can stomach the evil that abounds.   Dal Hell is also home to a sapient race that actually lives and moves through the ice. Called the The Frozen Ones they subsist within the ice and have little interaction with the warmer blooded inhabitants. They are, however, a nuisance to the undead, as they are constantly attempting to subsume them, whether they are soulless or not. Interestingly, when they are captured and not allowed to eat undead, they die within 24 hours leading some to speculate that Dal Hell has a long and interesting history related to the Elebrians and Eox itself.   Some of the other species that cause trouble on Dal Hell are Marooned Ones, Tzitzimitl, and Demons. Not surprisingly, they are evil aligned, either by their nature their DNA.
