In a parallel dimention, hidden in the spatial coordinates of the planet Arcavios, lies a tiny world dedicated to housing the most astounding magic school in the multiverse.
Strixhaven University itself occupies rather little of this world, the rest being largely untouched wilderness, but this does not make the school any less a spectacle of epic proportions. Radiating out from its crowning achievement - the Great Bibloplex - strixhaven's property and grounds continue on for miles in every direction, less a simple college and more a sprawling city, a whole society that lives to study the universe and the magic within it.
Strixhaven University is divided into six major sections;
The central campus of Strixhaven is a tightly-packed collection of vital buildings and services that has, since its initial construction sprawled and spread into a fully populated city of sorcery. This is where the bulk of the university's functions take place, in fact there are students and faculty that have spent their whole careers at Strixhaven not having to worry about leaving this bustling hub of activity.
The Silverquill Campus - known as the School of Eloquence - is a hushed place of shining stone and bronze, with ink flowing in great fountains and rivers. This is where those drawn to the power of language to illuminate or obfuscate, inspire or devastate go to study the magic of words.
The Prismari Campus - Known as the School of Elemental Arts - is a monument to creativity built in an ever-shifting wilderness of surreal wild magic and raw inspiration. The teachings of Prismari draws in all those who consider magic to be the ultimate tool of creative expression.
The Lorehold Campus - Known as the School of Archaeomancy - is a barren expanse of desert that conceals layer upon layer of the ruins of long buried civilizations. This is where keen students of history search out secrets of centuries past, and awaken the spirits of the departed to learn long forgotten truths.
The Quandrix Campus - Known as the School of Numeromancy - is a meticulously manicured landscape of geometrically fascinating architecture and seemingly impossible topiary and water features. The Quandrix grounds are home to all those who strive to understand the complex patterns and mathematical precision of the universe.
The Witherbloom Campus - Known as the School of Essential Studies - is built in an intimidating bayou, shaded by a canopy of massive jungle foliage. In this dark and swamplike landscape, those who feel at home in the wilderness alongside nature's creatures study what they consider to be the most fundamental magic of all, the forces of life and death, growth and decay.
