The Bibloplex

"It's a fancy way of saying 'really big library'"

-Rosimiffinbip Wuzzfiddlums
Below the most tremendous star-arch of all, a broad, dome-roofed building stands proudly at the heart of Strixhaven University; the legendary Bibloplex.   Regarded by many as an epic achievement of scholarly dedication to the amassment of literature, this enormous building houses a dizzyingly massive collection of encyclopediae, tomes, compendia, biographies, journals, and volumes upon volumes of poetry, philosophies, musings and other cultural works, placing an importance upon artistic endeavours from around the multiverse just as much as it does the scientific, historical and magical.   The library is almost like a second home to the residents of Strixhaven University. There are quiet places to study, a selection of small amphitheatres to host lectures and debates in, an art gallery featuring the works of students and alummi from years past, a pair of small gardens, and an expansive and luxuriant lounge area where you can relax and socialize. The library even contains a small cafe-shop that sells refreshments and vital school supplies. It has been remarked upon by some that if one wanted, they could complete a long and satisfying education without once setting foot outside the bibloplex.

Familiar Faces

Isabough Tangle Head Librarian - Bibloplex This stoic but gentle Dryad is most often found behind the front desk of the mighty library, helping studens, staff and visitors find the answers they seek. Having spent centuries tending the Bibloplex, the knowledge of the library's often confounding cataloguing system is woven into every knot and root of her being, letting her navigate the limitless stacks with ease.   Aisla Fitzbottom Manager - Library Café and Student Supplies Boutique A bright, friendly presence known to all visitors to the library's charming café and shop, this halfling is renowned around the campus for her cheery disposition and uncanny memory for names. People around the university speculate whether she ever leaves her station behind the counter, but seeming to have been installed permanently in her little shop never stops her from always being able to offer helpful insights when asked for advice.   Drazhomir Assistant Librarian - Bibloplex Nicknamed the Bibloplex's Gentle Giant by his fellow students, the soft-spoken Minotaur is known well by visitors to the library. Although he hardly seems to feel at home in his own towering body, even to the point of regularly slouching to make himself appear smaller, he is nonetheless known to faculty and students as a keen and helpful individual, and his contemplative and soulful nature is admired by those who know him best.
