Nyneve is a Logrian noble and the daughter of Sir Artaire of Idmiston.
Her mother Lady Gwiona of Idmiston died giving birth to her. She was named after the myth of the Lady of the Lake Lady Nineve, and resided at Idmiston with her father until his death.
She was a ward of King Uther Pendragon until his death. After being rendered homeless, she was taken in as a ward of her father's cousin Blaen of Idmiston.
She considers Clover of Meadowstream, Morgan of Tintagel, and Kyffin of Winterbourne Stoke her siblings.
