Lady Aoife of Oxenwood

Lady Aoife O'Sullivan

Aífe Ní Shúilleabháin, anglicized as Aoife O'Sullivan, is the Irish lady-in-waiting and nanny to Lady Jenna of Sarum and Earl Robert of Salisbury, and widow of Sir Gwyn of Oxenwood and Sir Penwyn of Oxenwood.   Born in Ireland, her family settled in Estregales in Cambria.   Aoife was a lady-in-waiting for Countess Ellen of Salisbury for many years before Countess Ellen's daughter Jenna was born in 484.   After the death of Sir Gwyn, she married his brother Sir Penwyn. Following Sir Penwyn's death, she became homeless and lived as a bandit in the abandoned manor of Shrewton with her nephew Sir Tathan. She has since been reinstated as nanny at Sarum Castle and lives at Oxenwood again.
