Blue Dawn

Capital of the Necrosis Republic 
The city is located in quite cold and snowy mountains but despite that over the city there is always a bright blue sky, like the eye of a storm. Like a blue dawn in a sea of snow and clouds.

History

Originally the city was founded for strategic reasons. It had a good position next to Atzul and wasn't burdened by the heavy weather common to the area. 
Shortly after its founding many wizards sought to find the source of the weather anomaly and settled in the city. This lead to the cumulation of knowledge in the city, the creations of libraries to hold this knowledge's, which in turn attracted more wizards to study here.
