Kaendacan is ruled in turns by the Earthen Fey Court and the Sylvan Fey Court. Every 2 years they hold an election to decide which court will rule. If one court rules 2 terms contiguously, the other court automatically rules when the second term is up.
Undead are banned and human citizenship is restricted.
Kaendacan relies mostly on crystal power and clockwork.
