DART scientist, Donald Dixon is reported missing anonymously. Police have scoured all across Nevada, but he hasn't been found. Rumors from the people of Boulder City say that he had eloped with Diane Petersen after her falling out with the company. Some say that the government tried to silence him for top secret experiments in the Loop facility.
