Vhaeraun, the Masked Lord, is the Drow god of thievery, stealth, and rebellion. As the son of Lolth, he opposes his mother's tyrannical rule and promotes the idea of a Drow society where males have equal standing. Vhaeraun is a member of the Dark Seldarine, embodying the cunning and ambitious spirit of the Drow who seek to challenge the status quo and rise above the confines of Lolth's matriarchal control. He is a patron for those Drow who walk in the shadows, mastering stealth and subterfuge to achieve their goals.

Legends

Vhaeraun is often depicted as a master thief who steals from his enemies to aid his followers. One legend tells of Vhaeraun infiltrating a heavily guarded temple of Lolth and stealing a relic that he then gave to a rebel faction of male Drow. The relic granted them the power to break free from Lolth's control, sparking an underground movement that continues to this day.
