The first Caqiue of Bikai was Ferrah Lukiom and her family stil live in Bikai today, at Lukiom Plaza.

Thei matriarch today is named Bejeweled Lukiom, a 65 year old Taínem. As and mother of 7 children, all with their own children she's in charge of a large clan with many lives. Their main source of income are the decorations and jewelry they sell at the local market where they have a permanent stall.
