Wish-Bringer
Description:
Wish Bringer is the name of the staff used by the Cat-folk called "Wish-Catcher" and was found still in the hands of his mummified corpse as it maintained the magical wall at the bottom of the Buried Palm.
Wish Bringer is a long wooden staff that looks like it's been hewn from a branch of light brown coloured wood, and still has some offshoots growing from it at irregular intervals that have small green leaves growing at the end that react very slightly once someone grips the staff.
The top of the staff is a large carved wooden hoop that has what looks like red twine wrapped around it which tiwst together to form a pattern as the lines intersect.
Upon closer examination you can see that what looked previously like scratches and bumps across the staff are actually notes that when read say things like
"Five feathers for tomorrow"
"Remember the measurements"
The largest set of these scratches reads "Wish Bringer" and are along the top of the hoop in large script.
Stats:
When held by a Spellcaster who has also attuned to it, Wish Bringer grants the following benefits:
It can be used as a Spell focus for Wizard, Druid, Ranger, and Cleric Spells.
You gain a +1 bonus to Intelligence (Investigation) checks made to search for treasure or a specific item you're looking for.
The staff has 10 charges. While holding the staff, you can use your action to cast one of the following spells from it even if you're not a required class usually:
Soaring Vines (3 Charges)
Locate Object (2 Charges)
You can also use 5 charges to cast out some of the twine in the top of the staff as a Net. You can make a Ranged Spell Attack using your Spellcasting modifier against a creature with a range of 15ft.
Other than this the twine functions as a normal net and can be broken out of.
Mechanics & Inner Workings
Wish Bringer itself seems to work primarily on a complex net of enchantments as otherwise it's just a normal carved wooden staff with some twine at the top.
The enchantments themselves feel like a complex mix of a variety of different types of magic that come together like the twine in the hoop at the top.
Manufacturing process
To make a Wish Bringer you would need first to cut down a large enough branch, use magic to keep the branch alive, and then bind the enchantments from a variety of sources together into the staff itself using specially treated twine.
History
Wish Bringer was seen in the hands of Wish-Catcher both in his ghostly illusory form with the Dracohydra and still being clutched by his mummified corpse at the bottom of the Buried Palm.
This combined with the little details and scratches on the side tends to suggest that this was Wish-Catchers favoured Spell Focus that he used until his death.
Significance
Can be assumed to be the primary spell focus of "Wish-Catcher" the cat-folk found at the bottom of the Buried Palm, it has magical effects from a variety of different sources suggesting something strange about it's previous owner.

Raw materials & Components
The staff is made of two principal materials, the main body and the hoop are made of a light brown wood that looks to still be alive, and the twine around the hoop which looks just like regular red twine.
Tools
To recreate the body of the staff all you would need is a large enough branch (The staff is just over 6ft tall) and some woodworking tools.
You would also need the tools to create and bind the enchantments from a variety of different sources which can then be stored in the twine inside the hoop.
