Fortune's Electrum

Description: This "Electrum" coin has the countenance of a proud Knight with a Panther's Head on one side (Heads) and a grimacing Displacer Beast in an aggressive stance on the other (Tails). Whilst it is shaped like a standard Heveritine Electrum Piece (Complete with hole for stringing them up) these images are not your standard picture of the Emperor (obviously).   In addition looking closer at the metal you can see that it isn't made of Electrum either, as the metal shimmers and glimmers unnaturally, the tell-tale gleaming of Maizina but now worked elegantly into the metal instead of being crudely mushed in.   Looking along the edge of the coin between the two sides, you can make out the small but noteworthy makers mark, which reads "Staraneon" in Elvish, followed by a small cog symbol.   Statistics: This item gives the following benefits when attuned: The coin can be summoned either to hand or pocked using a command word (Kobol'hir).   Fate Flip: The coin has 2 charges. You can attempt to regain expended charges once every ingame day by flipping a coin. The coin regains 2 expended charges on heads, or 0 if it's tails.   When you have the coin on your person and your total for an attack roll, ability check, or saving throw is 10 or lower, you can expend 1 of the coins charges to channel it's magic and change a small bit of fate.   When you do, flip a coin. If it's heads, roll a d10 and add it to the total of your roll. If it's tails roll a d10 and subtract from the total instead. The coin loses this property if using it in this way would reduce your total to 0 or lower (charge is used up but nothing happens).
