Figurine of Wondrous Power: Brown Sparrow

Description: Upon first viewing the Dilligent Sparrow is a wooden statuette of a small bird with a short tail and a pointed head, coloured in brown paint with the occasional sections in black.
With the use of a command word the figurine can transmute into a larger, but similar looking, actual Sparrow.

Stats: By using an Action to speak the command figurine's command word (initially it is "Pass-along") and throw the figurine on the ground within 60ft of you, the figurine becomes a living Sparrow.
If the space where the creature would appear is occupied by other creatures or objects, or if there isn't enough space for the creature, the figurine doesn't become a creature.
The figurine can become a sparrow for up to 12 hours. Once it has been used it can't be used again until 2 days have passed. While in Sparrow form, the figurine allows you to cast the "Animal Messenger" spell on it at will.
The Brown Sparrow always knows the location of the Dragonborn Hedge-witch that gifted this to the party.
