Enoris

Capital of the Caowen Duchy and a city that enjoys being a primary nexus of traders of coin and culture from different lands. Travelers and traders come and go with many heading into the Elven lands and other lands to the west. With trade comes culture and as such many theaters can be found here competing for attracting the wealthy traders.

Ruled by Duchess Enoris Caowen II, the Duchess of Sorcery, most magically inclined of Utharic's rulers having delved deeply into both her innate draconic sorcery and the bardic pursuits. Her younger brother Aedelmar I acts as her court wizard while their elven Great-Grandfather Eoghan The Bright acts as advisor, confidant and bodyguard of the throne, yet he himself has no desire to rule.

It is home to the Dylluan University founded by lady Enoris I. This college campus started as an academy dedicated to the Arts, known as the Three-Rose Academy. To this day remains the largest bardic academy in Valdova, attracting folk from all kingdoms to learn the arts. It however expanded greatly and includes all pursuits of knowledge not controlled by the guilds and mages, even having a dueling academy.
