Half-elven Lady Enora Caowen II is the heir to Lady Enora Caowen I, who stood side by side with the Wyrmbane King. The young Duchess is beloved by her people and admired by her peers, who have given her the moniker "The beautiful", referring both to her physical appearance and her personality. Among the three rulers of Utharic she is the youngest and most magically inclined, combining elements of her inherited draconic magic, the bardic arts and swordplay woven into deadly beauty. She inherited the throne after her parents were slain at the start of the thronewar. Her parents were slain when they refused to recognise Grand Duchess Rosely-Elisa Timar I and tried to ignite rebellion among her vassals.
Within the Court she is known as patient and soft spoken, though if ever angered she is slow to cool off. While she is a skilled and friendly conversationalist, many a noble, tradesmaster and guildmaster know her as an adapt and quick witted political thinker and negotiator. Admired yet few envy her position in having to balance the needs of the common folk, the many (foreign) tradesmen, guilds and (foreign) nobles that frequent her city and vie for her attention. Sought out by many, she has remained the most desired bachelorette of the Kingdom and has walked out of the arranged marriage with Griphon Lord-Commander Ivar Bainum IV, claiming that her devotion to Zelya, Goddess of Love prevents her from marrying out of anything but true love.
