Ah Girnd, this is a prime spot for all things dopamine. If it makes your brain have that special tingle, then you could probably find it in this place.
Demographics
There is a wide distribution of all the species, I think that some of the Draeklyr from Zydra come to this world just to be able to come and visit that city. I've been there only once and I couldn't tell you how many times I couldn't leave, I had to stay just to experience every single ounce of dopamine inducing activities that were to offer. If you haven't been there, you need to be at some point, you will not regret it.
Industry & Trade
The town thrives on its various activities that are to offer, they have bars, dance hot spots, brothels, and other such activities that you could do. That is their main source of money, they even have it to where all the currency from the Cardinal Realms is exchanged for Horcoins, which is the currency of the town since it is in the Realm Askana.
Assets
They have quite a few taverns that you can go to for food, drink, and sleep. The gambling buildings that are there make quite a bit of coin that pays the workers, like the dancers that are at the bars and the brothel workers.
Tourism
Everybody wants to go to this town for the several activities that are there. This is one of the most addicting rides that you just want to go on again, and again, and again just so you can feel that sense of pleasure you had from before.
Natural Resources
They are well placed next to a river and from what I've seen have a large farm filled with livestock. For me this place was a stock pile of Essence that was ripe for the taking.
