The Laws of Blacksite
There is magic. It is a rare talent harnessed in a variety of ways. Arcane, Abyssal, Infernal, Druidic, Divine, and Vampiric magic all exist.
The supernatural is real. Besides magic, there are monsters and anomalous phenomenon of all sorts.
Advanced technology exists and is being hidden from the general public. Advanced medicine, weapons, etc. are being developed behind closed doors.
Cosmology
As this world is a mirror of our own, all the same stories and theories about creation that exist in our world exist in Blacksite as well.
In addition to the scientific theories and religious beliefs of our world, there are some new ones as well. Since there's a population of people who know that the supernatural and even divine is real, theories and stories within Blacksites have shifted to accommodate this new information.
Principal Geography & Features
Blacksite has the same geography as our world for the most part. However some Blacksites have special supernatural geography unique to them, but those are exceptions rather than the rule.
This only applies to Earth however, as the different other dimensions are unique in their own way. However they aren't the focus of this project for now.
Initial Active Setting
Blacksites within the united states. Agua Verde, The Silent City, Glacier Peak, Paradise Valley, Brent County, Glentawa Island, Montana, and more.
These Blacksite are dotted throughout the continental US, and serve as the staging ground for the initial worldbuilding. Eventually the scope will expand beyond the US however.
