Telvan
The second largest port on the west coast of the isthmus. Its population is very diverse and has a notable population of Tieflings, which are thought to have been exiled to the city years ago.
The city has a single elected mayoral position, chosen by all citizens of the city. The Baron of land also resides here.

The Crimson Saber, a Notoriously popular and effective Mercenary company, work as the main line of defense and enforcement in the region. The Baron prefers to hire them then enlist soldiers or raise levies.

Trade along the coast. Large exports from their Farming and Fishing Industries.
Geography
Mostly green plains and sandy beaches. Rolling hills more inland, but no spikes in elevation. Ideal for farming and fishing. The large Velian inlet is a main feature as it is home to a host of sealife.
