Gellan Primewater

Gellan Primewater is a member of the Saltmarsh town council. He is an older man who keeps his greying beard neatly trimmed, and dresses in the finest clothes available. He is the wealthiest man in town, who deals in lumber and textiles shipped to the mainland.
