Ecumenical Council of Theol
The Ecumenical Council was the chief governmental body of the Theolese Theocracy. It was made up of various clergy from the various deities worshiped in the theocracy.
Disbandment
The Council voted to dissolve itself at the collapse of the Theocracy near the end of the Second Era.
