Chel Trading League

The Chel Trading League is one of the Merchant Houses of the Thalassocracy of Chel. Like the other trading houses they maintain Factories and outposts in the many cities of Chel and control a large portion of the economy.

Structure

Organized around the Trading Council which is made up of the five most important merchants in the league. They have their headquarters in Penzance.
