Carcanus the Greatest of Men was a mythical leader of a tribe of
Humans who was said to have killed the Dragon
Talifrey in the city of
Tsugoth. He is said to have been the founder of
Mercadion, though he was later killed by a group of champions after becoming a tyrant himself.
