Better Devils of our Nature
The Better Devils of our Nature, also known as the Fiend Improvement Party, is an organization in the city of Pantacosm that has the goal of making Devil and Demon better citizens and teach them to do less evil. It is an uphill battle with few diehard believers. They hold regular meetings where fiends are encouraged to express their desires and share their victories of doing good, or at leas not evil acts.
Culture
Most of the Fiends in the Party joined because they began to doubt the traditional power strucuture of the lower planes. Devils who had been at the losing end of the diabolical plots of Sheol or Demons who had lost their holdings in Abaddon. Most don't necessarily buy into the doing good part of the organization, but want to play a bigger role in Pantacosm and don't want the City to become another hell.
