The Black Brotherhood
An infamous grouping of pirates and raiders who make The Shattered Chain their home. The Black Brotherhood consists of rogues, reavers and rampaging sea-bandits who terrorise coastal towns and shipping all across the Circle Sea
While they have no centralised authority they all adhere to a strict code that keeps them from working against each other or conspiring with outside forces.
