Coven Library

The library of the Coven of the Waning Moon lies deep in New Moon Mountain and holds most of the coven's gathered knowledge.

New witches are told that they can borrow books from the library, but must return them lest terrible things were to happen. The details of this magical system are left purposefully unclear.
