Earth, though it is now much different than it was a millenium ago, remains the heart of the Dominion of Man. For this reason, the Neila Confederation looks to conquer this system, to end the Solar War. As of 3000 CE, Earth itself is relatively safe, protected by the powerful defense station of Luna Base and the Rehabilitative Service Cyborgs of Mars. From this foothold, the Dominion readies itself to strike back against the Neila.
