TCS Scouter
The TCS Scouter is a Artificer Technology weapon developed by and for the use of the Toledo City-State(organization:c1616be9-5667-4c0b-ac8c-d508da1fa3e0) during the mid-70s PE. It's original role was to be a multi-purpose weapon for non-frontline members such as vehicle crewmen, scouts, operatives, etc. The Scouter is semi-modular, having the ability to remove and store on the weapon the skeleton-style buttstock. It fires a singular heavy bolt of what was known as "breaker" or "blaster" energy, designed to essentially bore through and burn whatever it hits. The Scouter uses the "egg" style @[Glow Rock cores, though like all Artificer weapons the egg used is specific to the Scouter weapon.
The Scouter was not terribly popular among users, though it did have its fans. The gun was rather heavy, in contrast to its designed mission, and with the buttstock off it is hard to control.
