Leeka Nin
Leeka is a young farmer from Elmont. She runs her small farm, the furthest from town, near the foothills at the north-west end of Deep Lake. Leeka is a Changed. In the dead of night, Leeka approached the Hawk's camp in search of help. She has been on the run for the last three nights, she says, from things that arose out of Deep Lake, things that ransacked her farm and drove her into the fields and woods. Only the destruction of a nearby aspen tree using her telekinetic powers saved both her and Jericho - Leeka from death and Jericho from the guilt of murdering an innocent girl.
