(a.k.a. Dr. El or Doc El)
Elmont's closest thing to a doctor, Elington, known commonly as Dr. El, is more like a veterinarian than a medical doctor. Elington received most of his training in the Better Tomorrow Foundation academies, though most of that was around animal care. He left the Foundation 10 years ago, having some final doubts about the BF doctrine, enough to slip through the Wall and make his way south. He eventually settled in Elmont and has served the town as their primary caregiver for the last 4 years. He is pleasant and generally well-liked.
