Central Indiana Management District B
Central Indiana Management District B is an area consisting of several square miles of the wild lands west of Elmont and Gas Town, between the Delphi Nexus and Steel Birds. It is named so from several old signs found within the zone, the words 'Central Indiana Management District B' being written on them in both Latin and Cyrillic script. The zone contains decaying buildings, roads, apartment blocks, shops, vehicles, etc. - essentially many square city blocks worth - that have been long overrun and overgrown by trees, scrub, vines, fields, etc. Water pools in some places and holes gape in the streets where the concrete has broken away to tunnels, sewers, and conduits below. The buildings here are mostly made of pored and formed concrete with little decoration, though an occasional traditional house or building can be found, generally in far worse condition than their neighbors. In places, obvious bullet holes, some from substantial weaponry, can be found. Surviving signs and printed objects all seem to be either in a combination of Latin and Cyrillic (Russian language) or solely in Cyrillic.
