Dughalir

This city of security-minded dwarves is located almost entirely underground. There is a massive, magically insulated bunker built into the lowest levels and prepared to host the entire population of the city at a moment's notice should some enormous disaster occur. As far as they are from any major centers of civilization, most people think the dwarves of Dughalir are at least a little crazy.
