I'm an evil, 22 year old nonbinary DM looking for space to store their extensive universes where their dumbass players can actually look them up so that I don't have to explain everything every sixteen seconds. HMU if you have thoughts on what I've posted, I'm always down for constructive criticism and random suggestions! Seriously, give me your opinions and I will love you forever. I'm on Pinterest tynytyg, Tumblr @gaychocolatehomicide , and of course I'm always accessible here.

Interests & Hobbies

I am fascinated by linguistics, particularly the development and evolution of language with regards to major historical events and cultural traumas, and using language to inform how we view history. In case that nerdy-ass answer didn't tip you off, I'm a history and languages major currently taking a gap year (or two) between undergrad and graduate school. I'm obsessed with RPG formats, particularly weird ones (go follow @prokopetz on tumblr for some of the most delightful), and I have never calmed down one time. The dream is to be Tolkein-levels of in-depth with my linguistic world-building, so you will see some language-related nonsense on my world anvil. I also draw and do some poetry on the side, and if you want I'll help you edit your papers for class because I'm currently working as a tutor! So hit me up! I'd love to chat about whatever!

Favorite Movies

(Organized alphabetically, not in order of which ones I love most! And I'm cutting myself off at fifteen because.. yeah I could go on forever)   300, The Chronicles of Riddick (all of them but particularly Pitch Black), Deep Blue Sea, Encanto, Jaws, Les Miserables (25th anniversary, not the movie version, though it's lovely) The Lord of the Rings Trilogy (extended editions or go home), Mad Max: Fury Road, The Martian, Moana, The Phantom of the Opera, Reign of Fire, Star Trek: The Wrath of Khan (both of them)

Favorite TV Series

Avatar: the Last Airbender, hands down! For narrative and art, ATLA takes the cake. For comfort watching, though, it's I Shouldn't Be Alive. Honestly I don't know why. I like thinking about the extremes of the human experience?

Favorite Books

Friendo there are so many of these. I love books. It's so hard to pick favorites. Anyways here's some series that I love in alphabetical order. The Belgariad & The Mallorean (David & Leigh Eddings), The Codex Alera (Jim Butcher), The Deed of Paksenarrion (Elizabeth Moon), The Kingkiller Chronicle (Patrick Rothfuss), The Mercy Thompson Series (Patricia Briggs), The Others Series (Anne Bishop), anything Star Trek related by Diane Duane, and the Chalion books and The Vorkosigan Saga (Lois McMaster Bujold)

Favorite Writers

I'll read literally anything Lois McMaster Bujold has ever written, I love that woman's turn of phrase. For poetry, which I read a lot of, I'm fond of Whitman, Ocean Vuong, Segovia Amil, Nikita Gil, Rupi Kaur, and this lovely poet on tumblr Keaton St. James (@boykeats).

Favorite Games

Dragon Age!!! Lots of Bioware titles, anything with roleplay-heavy story elements where your choices actually matter. I'm also fond of Fire Emblem, Hollow Knight, Hades, and I'm working on hunting down all the Legend of Zelda games. Fun Fact! I learned the difference between left and right from World of Warcraft, which my parents let me play because mostly I just wanted to use the character creator to make fifty nearly-identical beautiful blood elves.
