Given the previous events of creatures being enabled by patrons beyond the veil Mystaan, sponsored the creation of a guild for magic users. This guild was built with the intention of studying the veil and preventing threats from crossing the veil. Anything that did cross was to be destroyed as quickly as possible.
This was the creation of the organization now known as Magic's Bloom. The organization is tasked with the study of the planes and the threats that might originate from them.
