Archdevil of Cenia (a.k.a. The Devil, The Deal-Broker, Infernal Accountant, Devil's Advocate)
The phrase "the devil's due" is the catchall description for any deals with Mammon. Even amidst liars, traitors, and schemers of the highest faculties, mammon has never gotten the short end of a deal; especially when one considers that he is the writer of such documents. He has an iron grip over all trade in Hell, especially souls, and his trade laws are strictly adhered to by those who know what fate will befall them if they are caught.
Mammon has what would appear to be limitless stores of wealth in his caches, but he can also tap into many streams of revenue and guide them wherever he pleases. Being the financier of the nine hells has its perks.

Physical Description
Undead, thus his form is skeletal.
Necromancy, dark pyromancy, minor telekinesis, arcane spellcasting, can teleport objects he owns from place-to-place at will.
Mammon wears a black suit with gold trim and a short, flared collar. He pairs this with black trousers, a white undershirt, a black demon-leather belt, and black demon-leather shoes.
He always has a nib-tip pen on his person that writes in jet-black ink that cannot be smeared. The pen itself never needs to be refilled, and it does not clog or leak. Those who hold it say it glides in the hand and across the paper as if it were writing with you.
Mammon can also allow creatures who cannot physically manipulate the pen to operate it through telekinesis.
Mental characteristics
Where Mammon originated is his business alone. There are, in fact, laws expressly forbidding investigating his personal affairs and history, co-authored by Asmodeus himself.
When he arrived in hell eras ago, Cenia's previous ruler turned up dead, where mammon took their place and began swiftly altering, authoring, and enforcing a huge body of contracts and rules.
Logistical, Calculated, Learned, Wise, Strategic, Astute, Erudite, Perceptive, Cunning, Manipulative
He is at once dogmatic and flexible. His wish is to ensure the system runs, and that it runs smoothly. He cares as much for the means as the end. He also never takes the short end of a deal, diligently debating, conceding, and coercing where necessary. He is a cultured man who wants to keep things civil, but he applies pressure to make sure he is in charge.
Personality Characteristics
Meet the bottom line and sustain both his interests and those of his allies.
Unrivaled mastery of contract law, skilled orator, expert negotiator, quick writer, and uncanny in his ability to predict and understand the market.
He enjoys macabre decor and elegant currency.
Patient, Inexorable, Calm, Coercive
Unable to take the lesser end of a deal
He keeps himself trim and clean, his suit consistently immaculate and shoes polished to shine.
Social
He is closely associated with Asmodeus, though the two seem to rarely communicate.
He is extremely measured and intimidating. His unchanging, serious demeanor aids in maintaining consistency during negotiation. He will grow grave in tone on occasion, usually when he wishes to take full control of a conversation or situation. He rarely loses a deal, and has never gotten the short end of one. He has a way of enticing and cornering people, as well as making them believe that they want what he is suggesting.
He never breaks professional tone, referring to all by their proper name, or whatever they request. While he can be curt, he is not rude or insulting. In special circumstances, he has uttered pointed threats that silence rooms and dissent, rendering the recipient terrified.
When he is listening to another being, he tends to sit with his elbows on tables, one hand over the other. He also gestures with the right hand, keeping it close to his body.
Proper, even toned, and fairly deep. His words sometimes have a faint echo to them, as if haunted by a second voice.
Innumerable and uncountable, though he always seems to know exactly what resources he has available. He has many sources of revenue and stores of coin, as well as numerous streams he can divert wherever he pleases.
