Leechers

The Leechers are an underground organization, considered a cult by the Beourjen Confederacy, that is aimed at protecting illegal arcanists within Beourjen City and believes that arcanists can be 'scientifically created' from otherwise ordinary Common men. They operate out of South Beourjen, though they have gained attention from various news sources and are known throughout the surrounding provinces.
