The second war between the Golden Empire and Silver Kingdom, instigated by a maddened king.

When Gildas the Mad took the throne of the Silver Kingdom from his brother, he waged war against the Golden Empire to free themselves from the Empire. He ran a brutal campaign, eventually selling his soul to Satan to gain the aid of devil soldiers. He still ultimately lost to a collective of the Golden Empire, orc warriors from the west, dwarfish smiths, and elfish sorcerers. This led to less freedom of the Silver Kingdom under the Golden Empire.
