Challenge
A medium sized port, it was here that the Challengers crashed on their fateful voyage, and here they made their vow to aid all life. The headquarters they build, soon became a hub, full of visitors and employees, many of whom had lost their old homes to dangers that were eventually vanquished by the Challengers, and who were offered a new place. It now houses a major port and the Challengers museum and laboratorium, attracting the brightest and most inquisitive minds from across the land. And who can resist posing with the Challengers statue?
Geography
Existing in a slight valley connecting to the ocean and near lieber mountain.
Fauna & Flora
The Dragon Dünvïnvän makes their home at the peak of Mount Lieber, overlooking the town, sworn to its protection by the Challengers in exchange for their saving his life. Bestial Metal elementals roam the outskirts of the town, and there is the occasional abomination created in the labratorium. Located deep beneath the town, the Mazoolium, a storage cavern of the corpses of underground monstrosities defeated by the Challengers is kept, and the occasional danger will manifest there, but is always swiftly dealt with.
Natural Resources
The rather rare Amorn fish flocks to the shores of Challenge, making the fishing industry a major boon to the towns economy. As well, by law, the town infrastructure gets to tax one tenth of the profits of everything made in the laboritorium. The metals below the town have some value, as rights to the area all the way down were granted to the Challengers by the dwarves for their aid, but the collection of dead monsters held there makes mining a far too dangerous venture.
