Prilan
A mischievous demi-fey that revels in torturing travellers who stumble upon the wilds. His original name is unknown as he has exchanged names with most of the travellers who have crossed his path.
Appearance
He is light blue skinned, with long pointed ears, stretching at least a foot behind his head. He wears a deep green woven tunic, with deep green trousers, and light grey knee high boots. His hair is black, and sweeps dramatically across his forehead (fairly emo hair). He is flamboyant as fuck. Elvish in nature, with exaggerated ears and jawline.
