Elyn Stormwalker

An orphan of the human uprising, Elyn's natural magical ability was her saviour.  She had not long started occasional classes at the Academy when the uprising happened, and was taken in by her tutors to ensure that she didn't end up on the streets.
Elyn's talent for destruction and sense of adventure made her a prime candidate for the Skirmishers, and she joined them as soon as she had finished her basic training at 17.  The youngest of the Stormwalkers, she's referred to as a little sister by most of her comrades, something that she enjoys to have a family around her. 
She is quite short for a human, around 5’3, but with curves enough to give the armoursmith a headache when making armour fit. What she lacks in height for a human she makes up for in power. She enjoys experimenting with explosives and magic, and her blonde hair is cut very short to keep it out of the way of any flames.  She's also the main prankster in the Stormwalkers, but people mostly assume it’s someone else's fault (Robyn for her skillset, Brennan for his brash nature) because it can’t possible be sweet little Elyn. 
Following Caine’s death, Elyn has headed back to the "Boom Lab" in the Academy to learn more magic to kill some fiends
