Rai Ann

Rai Ann is a green dragonborn originally hailing from Kharne and the colonies of the Dionsis Concord there.
During her time in the colonies Rai Ann was the mistress of Duke Tarion Mordring who taught her many things. She often delivered messages on his behalf to his various patrons.
One day, the duke had Rai Ann deliver some wine to his colleague Marquis Festus Dorlai. This wine was poisoned at the marquis was killed!
The duke pinned the murder on Rai Ann, making her a wanted person in all territories of the concord.
Before the word got out, Rai Ann managed to flee to the continent of Bastia, meeting Guardian in the process.
