Drelzad, the Black Flame

Drelzad was once the servant of Tiamat, but during the Twilight War he was betrayed by his queen who trapped him in a prison meant for her.
Over the centuries his power has drawn those desiring power at any cost. His cult is known as The Draconim and they work toward freeing their lord from his prison.
