Macek & Murgu

Macek & Murgu is a law firm operating out of Vallaki, which offers legal services throughout the County of Barovia. Owned and run by the two Senior Partners Rodika Macek and Lucius Murgu, the firm has been in operation for generations and currently has two Junior Advocates as well, Nikolaj Ciobanovich, and Alek Polensky.
Though it is entirely legal to represent oneself during court proceedings, the firm of Macek & Murgu — being the only such firm in Vallaki and northern Barovia — is involved in practically every case. Additionally, their close relationships with local judges means many cases are settled in favour of whoever has hired them (or in the case of both sides hiring them, whoever the firm wishes to win).
