Still more cargo vessels enter the harbor, off loading all kinds of ancient relics and antiques. The city reels from the collapse of Phillips Tower, but there is a general sense of optimism and urgency in after math. People have become filled with a desire to see Baltimore reborn, from a decrepit ruin into a modern and thriving metropolis once more. Camaraderie and togetherness fill the streets, and for the first time in decades people look to the future of the city. Eventually the sun sets, and the dead awaken. Tonight is a big night, the night of the Gangrel Moot out in the County. And the night of the Save Our Healthcare Fundraiser; black tie event on one end, and decidedly the opposite on the other.
