Novakuzran International Commerce Establishment

The N.I.C.E. is where all of the important trade happens. It is a giant hall of different sections and kiosks where merchants from Baephios can come to trade, buy and sell. Most of the tellers and vendors are Bullywugs. The Bullywugs were a native species that immediately gave up all they had to Hugo I, the Conqueror. The hall is like a massive selection of everything exotic. You can find so many different things here, all from Baephios. Magic items, food, textiles, salt, spices. Anything and everything. The N.I.C.E. was established purely because of the lack of resources running out in Hugo City. A lot of the prices here will be more than your average cost of something similar, but the quality will be unmatched.
