Noclon Confederation

The Noclon Confederation was created after some nobles of the Vridium Empire decided to part ways with King Jonathan Rigby III, the mad King. This didn't come to anyones surprise due to how absurd the mad King was. The nobles took their land and transformed it into the Noclon Confederation. Named after the organization that the nobles were once part of in the Vridium Empire.  
  The Noclon Confederation is primarily human, like the Viridium Empire, but with no dwarves and instead inviting in races like Firbolgs, Giths, and even Grungs from Zochakha. The Noclon Confederation doesn't have a King, but instead they have a council of powerful nobles, warriors, and mages that determine the rulings of this country, these people are known as the Burrowshire Council. If there would be anyone to be crowned "King" it would be Dante Burrowson. He is a young and intellectual Human male who has recently taken over his father. The Burrowson's have been in power of Burrowgrove for as long as anyone can remember. They have connections to the mountians and the tribes and villages that reside in them, the wildlife as well. Burrowgrove has always been a big city, but now the capital of a new country it has increased even more.   Along with Burrowgrove the Noclon Confederation have the second largest port system in Baephios. The few ships that come in from Nineveh reach either the tip of Zochakha, and are immediately pushed away, then they end up in the Noclon gulf. Rum Drunk Cove is what you would call, a problem. You see, right next to the Noclon Confederation is Zochakha, while mostly a hermit of a country, occasionally there are Lizardfolk, Tortle, Troll, or even Grung pirates that have invaded and taken over Rum Drunk Cove and turned it into their own Pirates Paradise.   The natural regions that make up the Noclon Confederation include the Mirrored Rise mountian range and its many forests. Hilly grasslands and the bountiful eastern coast. There are many kinds of wildlife that thrive in these regions. The main threat to the inhabitants are evil dragons, orges, and giants.   The Noclon Confederation is the 2nd largest producer of Adventurers. Working as an adventurer for a guild is a very common "side job" that people might take up. Slay a few goblins, purge a few undead, and you get a nice bit of pocket change. There are plenty of monsters to slay in the Noclon confederation as Baephios, and more specifically the country, absolutley full of them.

Structure

The Burrowshire Council make up the political affairs, a bunch of rich nobles and influential adventurers and spellcasters. Of course there is Dante Burrowson that acts as the "King" of the council and is seen as the de facto leader of them.

Culture

The culture of the Noclon Confederation is that very similar to the United States of America. Very bent on freedom of life choices and reasonable laws. However, with no King to have complete rule over the laws there is an increased number of witchcraft, cults, and scams that take place here.   For the most part people are jolly and full of spirit. Drinking and partying just for the hell of it. With no King to bear down on the commoners the country is a free and fun place to live.   There is beef with the Viridium Empire. Slight beef with Zochakha and the Vaera Kingdom, but not that much. Trade is still done between all the countries though.

Public Agenda

The Noclon Confederation wants nothing more than to spread the knowledge of a new way to rule a country. There is also a growing problem of a Lich that commands a sizable army and intends to slowly take over the Noclon Confederation with undead. The Noclon Confederation is doing all they can to maximize the efficiency of their guard and Adventurers in order to counter this attack one day.

Assets

The Noclon Confederation has only been a country for 255 years so they don't command a ton of assets. They do however have the most natural resources out of the four countries. They also command a sizable armada of ships and multiple castles that nobles live and rule in.

History

The Noclon Confederation is a young country and with that comes a lot of obstacles. Actually establishing themselves as an independant nation that was breaking off of the Viridium Empire was a tall task, but with enough manpower and politicing they were able to do so. Burrowgrove became the capital and the rest is history.   In recent history the former "head" of the Burrowshire Council has stepped down and brought his son up as his successor, Dante Burrowson.
