Hugo Express

The Hugo Express is a giant system of trains that go all throughout Hugo City. A typical cost of travel from one district to a neighboring district is only a few coppers. It is very accessible to all, but there are the higher up express trains that are faster and a lot nicer that cost more coin.

Utility

Simply used for travel and nothing else. If you wish to transport large amounts of product or goods you can put that on an airship or a caboose that will cost a decent amount depending on the weight of what is being transported.

Manufacturing

All of the trains have been maufactured already. There are currently 5 public trains and there are 3 luxury trams. They are all running 24/7.

Access & Availability

The general public trains are very accessible and most people use it often for work and whatnot. The faster and luxurious trains are harder to come by.

Complexity

The general public trains are just like normal trains. The expensive ones use magic to completely get rid of the friction that makes it slower and actually just hovers. More like a magic tram then a train. These however, are very expensive.
