Rhys Owen is the steward of the village of Whitwell-on-the-Wold. As steward, he manages many of the administrative functions on behalf of both the manor and the village itself, collecting taxes, settling disputes, and generally runs the day-to-day operations of the estate if and when Lord Whitwell is away.
