Late in 1482 DR, the Order of Warlock Knights and Kingdom of Palischuk had been bringing their armies into a standoff at the Brasta Corridor. The armies would not yet fight, but elsewhere in the Vaasa, Princessa Lorina would secure an alliance between the Palischians and the Tuaksin Cossacks, who would join the upcoming war against the Order.
